By accessing and using CSEdge MaaS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.
CSEdge MaaS provides marketing consulting, content strategy, and social media growth services as outlined in your service agreement. The specific deliverables, timelines, and terms of each engagement are governed by individual service agreements.
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to pause services if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
All content created by CSEdge MaaS on your behalf becomes your property upon full payment. CSEdge retains the right to showcase the engagement (without sensitive data) as part of our portfolio and case studies, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.
CSEdge MaaS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
