CSEDGE MaaS (Marketing as a Service) is operated by CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which are an agreement between you and CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.
CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED is a private limited company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. "CSEDGE" and "CSEDGE MaaS" are names under which CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED carries on business, and "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED.
CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED provides marketing consulting, content strategy, and social media growth services as outlined in your service agreement. The specific deliverables, timelines, and terms of each engagement are governed by individual service agreements.
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to pause services if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
All content created by CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED on your behalf becomes your property upon full payment. CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED retains the right to showcase the engagement (without sensitive data) as part of our portfolio and case studies, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.
CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless a written service agreement says otherwise.
